Four cards at two to a sheet is 2 sheets, and the file is 2 pages. There is no caller’s sheet, because nothing has been decided yet for a caller to call.

A template and a blank card are the same object

Searches for a bingo card template and for blank bingo cards want the same thing: a ruled grid with nothing in it. There is nothing else a template could sensibly be. The grid control takes it to three by three or four by four, and the free middle square can be turned off, on a four-by-four there is no middle square, so the control is not offered there at all.

What to write in them

If you are going to fill 24 squares by hand on every card, the arithmetic on the other pages still applies: your list needs to be longer than 24 words or every card ends up the same. It is usually less work to type the words into the box on any of the word pages and let the press deal them, and it is the only way to be sure no two cards match.
