There is no contact form here and no address published, and it is better to say so than to print one nobody reads.

If something on a card is wrong

That is worth knowing about, and it is the kind of thing that can be checked from what is on the page. Every set states its own figures: how many squares, how many cards, how many sheets, what the file weighs. If one of those does not match what came out of your printer, the mismatch itself is the report, and it is visible on the page.

If a card will not draw

The press refuses a sheet rather than printing a bad one, and it says why on the page: a list shorter than the card, a list too short to make that many different cards, or words too long for the squares. The message is the answer, and changing what it names will draw the sheet.
